Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Configure and customize SAP SD modules based on business requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Provide support for SAP SD-related incidents, enhancements, and upgrades.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, PP, etc.) for seamless process integration.
Prepare functional specifications for ABAP developments.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Provide end-user training and create detailed documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5-8 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant.
Strong knowledge of core SD processes such as Order-to-Cash (OTC), Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Credit Management.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD is an added advantage.
Familiarity with EDI, third-party integrations, and IDocs.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred candidate profile

SAP SD certification.
Experience in industries like Manufacturing, Retail, or FMCG.
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology or Agile project environments.
