Job Description

Role Description:

Support the lead consultant by executing defined tasks and taking ownership of small engagement activities independently
Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, and AMS (Application Management Services) projects
Collaborate with global teams across different time zones
Assist with pre-sales efforts including RFP responses, developing POCs, and preparing customer presentations
Contribute to delivery engagements across domains such as Automotive, Life Sciences, Hi-Tech, and Manufacturing
Demonstrate eagerness to learn additional SAP modules such as Customer Service (CS), Global Trade Services (GTS), and Transportation Management (TM)
Support the creation of accelerators and reusable assets under guidance of the Lead Architect
Adapt quickly to dynamic project requirements and evolving business needs

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 1 year domain experience and 6+ years of SAP SD consulting experience
Must have worked on at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation or conversion project
SAP certification is preferred
Deep process understanding of Sales & Distribution and logistics
Hands-on experience working with RICEFW objects to meet business requirements
Proficient in writing functional specifications, test scripts, and user documentation
Strong familiarity with S/4HANA functionalities including Business Partner (BP) and release-specific features
Basic understanding of integration with modules like MM and FICO
Experience in cutover planning and execution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
Ability to work in a global environment with multicultural teams
