Job Title: SAP SCM Tester

Location: Hyderabad

Duration: Full-time

Timings : 5pm - 2am IST (US SHIFT)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SCM Tester to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for testing SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules and ensuring system functionality aligns with business requirements. The role involves functional and integration testing across SAP SCM modules such as MM, PP, SD, APO, EWM, and TM.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP SCM modules.

Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Validate end-to-end business processes involving procurement, production, inventory, logistics, and distribution.

Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and test scenarios.

Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, or similar).

Verify data integrity and system interfaces across SAP SCM and other integrated systems.

Support cutover and post-production validation activities.

Ensure test documentation is maintained and updated in accordance with QA standards.

Provide status reports on test execution and defect resolution progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

7+ years of SAP Testing experience, specifically in SCM-related modules.

Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, APO, EWM, TM.

Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (HP ALM, JIRA, qTest, etc.).

Strong knowledge of business processes in supply chain management.

Experience with integration testing involving third-party logistics and warehouse systems.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Knowledge of automation testing tools (like Tricentis Tosca) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with S/4HANA SCM modules.

Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Good team collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and proactively suggest improvements.
