In your role as a Resource for SAP Sales Order Automation using OpenText Core Capture, your responsibilities will include: - **OpenText Core Capture Expertise** - Understanding Document Capture & OCR: You will need to understand how Core Capture extracts data from PDFs, scanned invoices, and emails. - Template & Classification Design: It is essential to configure document templates, zones, and classification rules effectively. - Validation Rules: You will be responsible for setting up business rules to ensure data accuracy before posting to SAP. - **SAP Functional Knowledge** - SAP SD (Sales & Distribution): Familiarity with the sales order creation process including VA01/VA02, pricing, partner functions, and delivery blocks. - SAP MM (if POs involved): Knowledge of integration with procurement processes, including understanding master data such as customer master, material master, and condition records. - **Integration Skills** - SAP BTP or PI/PO: Configuration of APIs or IDocs for sales order creation, handling error monitoring, and retries. - REST/SOAP Services: Utilization of services to connect OpenText with SAP backend. - **Workflow & Automation** - SAP Workflow or OpenText Workflow: Implementing approval flows for exceptions, routing rules for incomplete or ambiguous data, and utilizing Business Rules Framework (BRF+) in SAP for decision logic.
