Should have experience in the SD audit and compliance internal and external auditors support. Should have experience end to end domestic/Exports implementations & Knowledge of GST implementation, E waybill, E Invoice to generate the QR code and IRN number. Sound knowledge of SD, LE modules and should be well versed in all OTC related processes. Should have good understanding in interface, IDOC, and integration of SAP with other third party Applications and tools. Experience in writing FS for WRICEF objects and table level custom fields. Working with technical consultants to analyses defects and propose solutions. Contributing to project planning, execution and delivery and managing resources. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, liaising with all the stake holders Maintain Customer master data, Withholding tax codes & GST condition records, printout conditions. Cancellation of billing documents & block release in sale order with validations. Release the quotations & sale orders, release milestone block in PS. Solve the user issues in sale order, invoices & smart form issues. Prepare documentation for new requirements like new projects, enhancements, reports to SAP client. User training to new users. Maintain Material master data of general, service and sales materials and extend the materials to plants. Testing new scenarios in QAS system and UAT document preparation(FS & TS) create down payment request for advance payment related the customers. Creation of inspection points and worked on SD workflow billing issues of partial milestones. Configured Sales document types and Billing Type, pricing procedures. Worked on Revenue account determination and output determination process and output controls. Worked on Customizing customer account groups Partner Determination. Configured pricing condition types to carryout pricing for Domestic sales as per the requirements. Working with ABAP team for technical developments, interacting with Basis people for designing roles and authorizations, prioritizing user issues, Preparation of functional specifications and configuration Documents. Worked on integration areas with MM and FI modules. Unit testing of SD Module and Integration testing with other modules. Configuration of Enterprise Structure (SPRO) consisting of sales organizations, distribution channels and divisions. Customer Master configuration and sale order/invoices numbering system. Involved in Pricing Procedure configuration and pricing conditions to custom table or standard table. Integration with other modules like fleet management, power BI , GPS system application with transport conditions. Developed the LSMW to update the Material Master data and customer master record Configuration, covering the complete range of functionalists likes master data, order management, pricing, shipping, billing. Define the enterprise structure, common distribution channel and common division for all relevant master data, sold to party and ship to parties with GST, item category, copy control. Partner determination, delivery item category and determination, configure new sales document type. Credit management: Assign a credit control area to company code. Training end users and troubleshooting day to day problems for SD module transactions. Review daily SD tickets and review with resolution tickets on time and maintained good reputation with users.
