Job Title:

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Sales Cloud Consultant to join our SAP Public Cloud implementation project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Sales Cloud (formerly C4C), proven expertise in leading end-to-end implementations, and the ability to deliver innovative CRM solutions within SAP's Public Cloud environment. This is a senior leadership role focused on design, configuration, integration, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP Sales Cloud implementations as part of large-scale SAP Public Cloud deployment projects.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions, analyze business processes, and design solutions that maximize the capabilities of SAP Sales Cloud.
  • Configure, customize, and optimize Sales Cloud functionality, including lead and opportunity management, account and contact management, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting/analytics.
  • Design and execute integration scenarios between SAP Sales Cloud, S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP CPQ, and third-party systems via SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
  • Ensure SAP Sales Cloud solutions are compliant with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive workshops, deliver user training, and create high-quality documentation (solution designs, process flows, test scripts).
  • Provide expert-level support during testing, go-live, and hyper-care, resolving complex issues and ensuring user adoption.
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants, providing guidance on best practices, standards, and solution governance.
  • Stay abreast of the latest SAP innovations, releases, and best practices in Sales Cloud/Public Cloud environments.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in SAP CRM/Sales Cloud, with a minimum of 3 years in SAP Sales Cloud (C4C) implementations.
  • Proven track record delivering at least two full lifecycle SAP Sales Cloud project implementations, ideally in SAP Public Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of CRM processes, sales automation, and customer engagement best practices.
  • Strong hands-on experience configuring and customizing SAP Sales Cloud, including UI/UX enhancements, business rule configuration, and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency with data migration, integration (SAP CPI, OData, APIs), and hybrid SAP landscapes.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project leadership skills.
  • SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Sales Cloud is strongly preferred.
