Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI-sub-module for GL, AP, AR, FA, with baseline knowledge of Tax (indirect and direct).
• Design and define organizational structure and chart of accounts in SAP to meet current and future business requirements.
• Conduct blueprint workshops for SAP GL, AP, AR, CO, FA, and Tax business processes.
• Integrate SAP GL module with at least two other SAP modules like MM, SD, PM, and FICO sub-modules.
• Handle bank integrations for outbound payments, EBS, etc. (PMW/Credit Card experience is a bonus).
• Lead full lifecycle implementations (4-8 projects), serving as team lead on 3-6 implementations.
• Manage offshore/onshore teams, deliverables, and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Develop training documents, execute end-user training, and create business process diagrams and procedures.
• Coordinate go-live activities, provide post-go-live support, and transition projects to long-term support.
• Maintain functional competency regarding SAP standard configuration and new enhancements.
  

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of SAP New GL module; experience with S/4 HANA preferred.
• Deep understanding of IFRS/GAAP accounting principles.
• Experience in tax compliance, bank integrations, and system specification documentation.
• Proven ability to mentor team members in technology, architecture, and delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, be flexible, and creatively solve challenges.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Strong C-level executive presence and collaborative mindset.
• Demonstrated experience in consulting services preferred.
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, and capable of independent problem solving.
  

Nice-to-Have

• Prior experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
• Knowledge of PMW, Credit Card processing, and integration with SAP modules.
