Key Responsibilities: - Analyzing business processes within the SAP framework - Configuring SAP FICO modules - Maintaining master data - Providing consulting services - Ensuring seamless integration of financial data - Collaborating with various departments to enhance financial operations and support strategic decision-making Qualifications Required: - At least 8 years of experience in SAP FI/R2R processes - Strong expertise in General Ledger (GL) and financial reporting - Experience with SAP FICO configuration - Good understanding of controlling (CO) - Proven experience in month-end/year-end close - Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA - Excellent communication and documentation skills - Familiarity with taxation, compliance, and audit controls - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA, CPA, MBA is a plus) Additional Details: Preferred qualifications include SAP S/4HANA certification, experience in Central Finance or SAP BPC/SAC, familiarity with tools like BlackLine, Trintech, or Celonis, and exposure to Agile or DevOps delivery models. Soft skills such as a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, ability to work under tight deadlines, proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in global cross-functional teams are also valued.
