SAP Quality Management(QM) Functional Consultant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Global Quality Management Business Processes in SAP QM. This includes managing technical demand for functional changes and production-related issues, testing/validation of QM changes/enhancements/interfaces, knowledge transfer of new functionality/features, and post go-live hyper care support and stabilization. Key Responsibilities: - Support all aspects of the Global Quality Management Business Processes in SAP QM - Manage technical demand for COMET QM functional changes request and production related issues - Define business processes and implementation scope - Map requirements to solution, develop functional specifications - Test and validate QM changes/enhancements/interfaces - Manage cutover related activities - Provide post go-live hyper care support and stabilization - Have in-depth knowledge of Quality Master Data, Quality Inspection, Sample Management, Quality Certificates, and Quality Notification Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience supporting Supply Chain Management and Quality Management processes in the pharmaceutical Industry - Minimum of 4 years of international experience in Supply Chain Management - In-depth knowledge of manufacturing process requirements and GMP requirements - Working knowledge of end-to-end Quality Management processes and master data interdependencies - Ability to support a long-term vision and implement incremental milestones - Excellent communication, project management, negotiation, and influencing skills - Aptitude for learning and managing multiple priorities Company Details: The company prefers candidates with deep knowledge and understanding of SAP global template, experience with SAP Supply Chain Management work processes, MRP systems, 888/896, and LIMS. Technical experience supporting Chemical, pharmaceuticals, or Vaccine manufacturing and skill in designing functional testing scenarios for Integrated business processes are preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with a fixed shift schedule from Monday to Friday located in Bengaluru.,
