SAP Quality Management(QM) Functional Consultant

As an SAP QM Functional Consultant based in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Global Quality Management Business Processes and related data and standards. Your role will involve ensuring that all commitments and milestones are met, maintaining and improving existing functionality, and delivering enhancements in accordance with business requirements. You will be managing the overall technical demand for COMET QM functional changes request and production-related issues, leveraging QM and CoE team resources to support targets established by the business. Your responsibilities will include defining business processes, refining implementation scope and functionality, mapping requirements to solution design, developing functional specifications, authorizing security roles, and implementing system authorization process controls. You will also be involved in testing and validating QM changes, enhancements, and interfaces, as well as transferring knowledge of new functionality and features. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing cutover related activities, providing post go-live hyper care support, and ensuring stabilization of systems. In-depth knowledge in areas such as Quality Master Data, Quality Inspection, Sample Management, Quality Certificates, and Quality Notification will be required for this role. You should have a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience supporting Supply Chain Management and Quality Management processes within the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 4 years of broad international experience in Supply Chain Management. You should also possess a strong understanding of technical requirements and business processes around manufacturing process requirements, as well as a working knowledge of GMP requirements. You must demonstrate a working knowledge of end-to-end Quality Management processes and their interdependencies with master data. Your ability to understand and actively support a long-term vision and implement incremental milestones to achieve that vision will be crucial. Excellent communication, project management, negotiation, and influencing skills are essential, along with the aptitude for learning and managing multiple competing priorities. Preferred qualifications for this role include deep knowledge and understanding of SAP global templates, experience with SAP Supply Chain Management work processes, MRP systems, 888/896, and LIMS. Technical experience supporting Chemical, Pharmaceuticals, or Vaccine manufacturing will be advantageous, as well as the skill in designing functional testing scenarios for integrated business processes. This is a full-time, permanent position with a fixed shift from Monday to Friday, requiring in-person work at the Bengaluru location.,
