About the Role

SAP Quality Management (QM) Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  end-to-end SAP QM projects

  , including implementation, migration, testing, support, and rollouts.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and customize the

  SAP QM

  module.
• Configure QM functionalities such as inspection planning, control plans, sampling procedures, and quality standards management.
• Set up and manage inspection processes, inspection lots, notifications, and results recording.
• Define and manage inspection methods, characteristics, and sampling plans.
• Implement and support quality notifications and

  customer complaint management

  processes.
• Provide solutions for capturing, tracking, and resolving quality issues and customer complaints.
• Handle Change Requests (CR), Service Requests (SR), defect management, and incident resolution.
• Develop custom reports, forms, and enhancements as per business needs.
• Support

  legacy data migration

  and integration with logistics and other SAP modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years

  of professional experience in SAP QM module.
• Led at least

  2 end-to-end SAP QM implementations

  .
• Strong experience with

  SAP S/4HANA 1909 or higher

  .
• Proficient in SAP QM configuration, customization, and integration.
• In-depth knowledge of

  quality planning, non-conformance management, inspections, and quality control

  processes.
• Hands-on experience with CR/SR handling, defect and incident management.
• Experience in developing custom reports, forms, and implementing enhancements.
• Familiarity with

  legacy transfer migration

  concepts.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.

• Bachelors Degree

  in Engineering or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics processes and integration with SAP QM.
• Knowledge of

  inspection planning

  ,

  , and

  customer complaint resolution.
