SAP QM Consultant

NTT DATA is looking for a SAP QM Consultant with Quality Issue Resolution experience to join their team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India. As a SAP QM Consultant, you will be responsible for initiating and managing problem-solving processes triggered by quality notifications. Your role will involve facilitating cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to resolve supplier, customer, and internal quality issues. You will be expected to apply structured methodologies such as 8D and 5 Whys to identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions. Additionally, you will utilize SAP QIR tools to track issue resolution progress, assign tasks, and monitor deadlines. Analyzing trends and recurring issues using QIR analytics to drive continuous improvement will also be a part of your responsibilities. Ensuring data integrity and documentation of all quality issue processes, providing training and support to users on SAP QIR functionalities, and configuring and maintaining SAP QM settings for procurement and inhouse production are key aspects of this role. You will also be involved in setting up and managing material master data with QM-relevant settings for procurement, implementing and maintaining inspection plans, configuring quality notifications, and collaborating with other SAP modules like Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP).
