Job Title: SAP PS & PPM Job Location: Bangalore Role Accountabilities: Provide SAP PS & PPM subject matter expertise and project implementation support for the Projects module. Responsible for understanding business /functional requirements. Perform gap-fit analysis between SAP functionality and Business requirements. Model business processes in a PS & PPM area on to the package using prior implementation experience. Work closely with the SAP project team in documenting, configuring and implementing the Project module correctly. Also, provide support for Master Data Management, custom transactions or 3rd party interfaces. Working closely with end users in successful testing of the configured business processes on SAP. Ensure that all Project tasks are completed on time and in accordance with the Project scope & requirements. Responsible for imparting the end user training. Ensure that the employees understand the need of SAP and also be able to use it to boost the overall performance of the company. Experience: Min 7years + experience in SAP Projects Module (PS & PPM). Experience of at least 2 end to end SAP implementation. Education : Professional degrees (MCA/ BE); SAP Certification added advantage Skills and Capabilities Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in area of SAP Projects System (PS) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Strong understanding of Integration between Project Systems and Materials Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Finance and Human Capital Management. Should possess strong skills in functional requirement gathering / fit-gap analysis, master data setup, end user support and documentation. Candidate should have good understanding and experience in different phases of Software Development Life Cycle in relation to ERP implementation with involvement in at least 2 full cycle implementations in the area of Projects. Experience with core business processes related to Projects and Service Industry related areas Certification in PS will be an advantage. A thorough knowledge of different SAP products is necessary, how they operate and how they are useful for the company. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
