Job Summary:

Experience: 815 years (minimum 5 years as SAP Project Manager) Location: Bangalore / Onsite

Duration: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end SAP projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of managing complex SAP programs across functional and technical domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects (Greenfield, Brownfield, Rollouts, or Upgrades).
• Define project scope, objectives, detailed plans, and deliverables in line with business goals.
• Manage project governance, risk management, quality, and compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Functional, Technical, Basis, Security, Integration, etc.).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and status reporting.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor coordination for SAP implementations.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Identify project risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support change management and adoption initiatives across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 815 years of total IT experience, with at least 5+ years in SAP Project Management.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP projects (ECC, S/4HANA On-Premise, or Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, HR, BW, etc.) and integration touchpoints.
• Experience in SAP Activate and Cloud ALM.
• Demonstrated success in delivering SAP projects on-time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage cross-cultural, multi-location teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid delivery models is a plus.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
• SAFE / ITIL certifications would be an advantage.

• Mode of Work - Work from Office 5 days a week
• Should be ok with Project related Travel
• Notice period: Max: 20 Days
