Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in functional SAP modules (such as SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and a proven track record in end-to-end (E2E) SAP implementations . The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and will be responsible for managing SAP projects across their entire lifecycle from initiation to successful delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage full lifecycle SAP implementations across functional modules. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Work closely with business stakeholders and functional consultants to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Manage cross-functional teams, including internal and external consultants. Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues; drive problem-solving and decision-making. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, methodologies, and standards. Oversee change management and user training during project rollouts. Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Collaborate with technical teams for system integration and data migration activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; SAP certifications preferred. Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years in project management roles. Proven experience in managing end-to-end SAP implementations (at least 2-3 full-cycle projects). Strong functional knowledge in one or more SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.). Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies. Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
