  Handling US Clients or Projects

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure•

• Must be a Client Harmony Specialist with a go-getter attitude
•  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

4. Functional & Technical Expertise:

• 7 to 12 years of experience in end-to-end project management, preferably in P2P, O2C, Spend Management, Procurement, or S2P solution implementations for the US market
• Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process cycle
• Proven ability to coordinate across functional and technical teams and manage diverse stakeholders
• Hands-on experience wit

  h SAP and demonstrable success in managing US-based projects and clients

5.What You will do :

• Lead and manage projects across multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Act as the bridge between business teams, functional consultants, and development teams
• Drive planning, execution, and monitoring of implementation or rollout projects
• Ensure business requirements are gathered, documented, and translated into actionable plans
• Track and resolve project risks, issues, dependencies and Resource management.
• Conduct project reviews, stakeholder updates, and post-go-live support
• Ensure adherence to SmartDocs delivery standards and project governance processes
