SAP Program Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP implementation, rollout, and upgrade programs.
• Define and manage program scope, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
• Drive alignment between business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical teams to ensure successful program execution.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks, quality standards, and performance metrics.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to contractual SLAs and project milestones.
• Facilitate status reviews, executive steering meetings, and provide clear reporting on progress and issues.
• Lead change management and ensure effective user adoption and post-implementation support.
  

Professional & Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and relevant modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, or PM).
• Experience managing cross-functional global teams and multi-vendor delivery environments.
• Proficiency in Agile/Hybrid delivery models and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Strong understanding of integration, data migration, and testing strategies within SAP programs.
  

Preferred / Good To Have

• SAP certification (e.g., SAP Activate, SAP Solution Manager) or PMP / PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience managing SAP Cloud, BTP, or S/4HANA Cloud programs.
• Exposure to digital transformation initiatives and enterprise change management.
• Experience in regulated or global enterprise environments.
