Required Qualifications

• 12-18+ years of SAP experience with deep cross-module understanding.
• 57+ years of leadership experience managing SAP delivery or global support.
• Strong functional understanding across

  PPQM, PM, MM, SD, FICO, and EWM

  .
• Strong technical understanding of

  Basis

  operations and system architecture.
• Experience with multi-region L1–L2–L3 support and SLA-driven delivery models.
• Good knowledge of incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
• Ability to enforce governance, RACI, KPIs, and standard operating procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Solution Manager or Cloud ALM.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Understanding of interfaces (MES, WMS/LMS, external partners).
• PMP/ITIL certification or equivalent.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven industries.
