SAP Procurement Transformation - SAP MM Consultant/Manager

All underpinned by technology created with purpose. Lead SAP S/4 advisory consulting engagements in sourcing and procurement transformation. Lead SAP S/4HANA consulting projects during implementation and rollout in the sourcing and procurement process area. Manage client relationships, primarily with middle-management, and drive consensus on complex business solutions. Work closely with business process owners to analyze core business processes or journeys, conduct as-is/to-be assessments to perform fit-gap analysis and requirement gathering, map them to SAP business process framework, and identify customization requirements. Drive process improvements and provide recommendations for the improvement of the process and tools to be utilized. Preparing documents and presentations as per Capgemini and Customer Standards. Coordinate and execute all phases of the project including estimating, component selection, design, and after-implementation support. Should have excellent communication skills and a consulting mindset. Possess strong knowledge and experience in process consulting, business blueprinting, fit-gap assessment, solution design, configurations, testing, and deployment for S/4HANA. Should have experience working in End-to-End Implementation projects in S/4 HANA. Must be familiar with S/4 HANA specific features, innovations, and solution architecture. Should have an overview knowledge of integrating other modules (including EWM, Ariba, SD, PP, QM, FI-CO, TM, etc). Preferable Certification in SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement.
