Job Description

As a Lead II - Enterprise Solutions at UST, you will play a crucial role in supporting and configuring SAP Supply Chain areas, including SAP APO (PP/DS), SAP PP, or a combination of both. With over 8 years of relevant SAP experience, you will have the opportunity to work on the implementation and support of SAP ECC, SAP APO, and SAP S/4HANA solutions in Planning, Procurement, Quality Management, Warehousing, and Shipping. Your responsibilities will include involvement in system enhancements, requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment of SAP Supply chain solutions. You will also drive the resolution of production support incidents, support integrations with internal and external applications, deliver training to business users, and maintain the effectiveness of the Quality system at the sites. Collaborating with the architecture team, you will work towards process harmonization and reduction of customizations. Key Responsibilities: - Support and configure SAP Supply Chain areas, including SAP APO (PP/DS) and SAP PP - Implement and support SAP ECC, SAP APO, and SAP S/4HANA solutions in various functions - Participate in system enhancements prioritization aligned with business objectives - Gather requirements, design, test, and deploy SAP Supply chain solutions - Drive resolution of production support incidents and support integrations with internal and external applications - Deliver training on Supply Chain SAP processes and reporting to business users - Collaborate with the architecture team to drive process harmonization - Maintain the effectiveness of the Quality system at the sites - Communicate effectively with various stakeholders and work well in a team environment - Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of relevant SAP experience in supporting and configuring SAP Supply Chain areas - Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SAP APO, and SAP S/4HANA solutions - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects, and engage with various leaders - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Capability to map business requirements to standard SAP processes with minimal customizations - Experience with 24/7 support requirements in a global organization - Any relevant SAP certifications are preferable Please note that UST may periodically redefine your roles and responsibilities based on organizational requirements or performance evaluations.
