SAP PP - Specialist

As a SAP S/4HANA PP Specialist / Senior Analyst at Medline Industries India Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's exponential growth by expanding IT operations in Pune. Your primary responsibility will be to configure the SAP system in the Manufacturing (Production Planning & Execution) area. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand Medline's business processes in Manufacturing, Supply chain, and related areas. - Interact with Medline Business users to understand and document functional/non-functional requirements. - Convert requirements into solid scalable systems designs and configure the SAP system accordingly. - Collaborate with ABAP developers to validate that the software solution meets business needs. - Develop test strategies, execute application test plans, and provide support during testing. - Troubleshoot reported systems issues and serve as the primary contact for handling support issues during Medline India business hours. - Communicate regularly with Configuration Analysts at Corporate Headquarters and provide feedback to ensure work is carried out as per schedule and quality requirements. - Provide estimates and feedback to the Software Development Manager for project scheduling purposes. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 12+ years of experience in SAP PP and its allied modules like MM, EWM, and FICO. - Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing within SAP S/4 HANA Enterprise Management. - Good experience in areas like PP Master Data, Demand Planning, MRP, Production Execution, Batch management, Idocs, etc. - 5+ years of multiple full lifecycle SAP system Implementation (configuration) experience in the PP module. - Knowledge of the SAP Multi-system landscape and interfaces. - Excellent organization, communication, analysis, and planning skills. - Proficiency in MS Office suite software. - Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.,
