Job Description

 
  • At least 10 years strong experience in an SAP PP/QM consulting role.
  • 70% Exp into PP and 30% into QM.
  • At least 3 implementation projects experience with E2E involvement in all phases of SDLC.
  • At least 4 years of experience in AMS (support) projects with global clients.
  • Strong Experience in PP, QM configuration and end-to-end business processes.
  • Understanding of PM module is an added advantage.
  • Sound Knowledge of integration with all other functional modules.
  • Should have working experience in documentation like FS, test plan, test scripts, BBP and configuration.
  • Should be exceptional at SAP troubleshooting.
  • Provide guidance on technical feasibility and alternative solutions where available.
  • Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Be self-motivated and able to deliver independently.
  • Able to provide estimate estimates and deliver within agreed timelines.
  • Must have working experience in LSMW.
  • Must have good excel skills to perform data analysis.
  • Integration knowledge with LIMS is an added advantage.
  • Essential PP Skills:

    S&OP, Demand Management, Capacity planning, forecasting, planned independent requirements, MRP / Production Planning, Production Order scheduling and execution, master data loads, batch management etc.
  • Essential QM skills:

    Sample Management, Quality Planning, Quality Inspection Processes including Calibration orders, Quality Certificates, Inspection lots and User Decisions.
  • Good to have PM Skills:

    Equipment master, object networking, maintenance BOM, maintenance notifications, orders, capacity requirements planning for maintenance, confirmations, budget planning for plant maintenance and customer service, work clearance management, master data loads etc.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP PP/ QM .
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • SAP certification(s) preferred.
