In this role you’ll make an impact by

• Expertise in setting up PP master data, MRP, BOMs, routings, work centres/ resources, planned order management, planning and optimization.
• Expertise in configuration of process industry solutions, handling recipe management, resources, resource networks, order type configurations, designing PI sheets
• Configuration of MRP plant parameter, MRP type, MRP group, MTS & MTO strategy, planning calendar, Lot-sizing procedure, repetitive manufacturing, capacity planning, demand management
• Expertise in batch management, batch classification and Configuration of Batch Jobs
• Worked on MTS (Make-to-Stock), MTO (Make-to-Order) for Configurable Material, Stock Requirement/ MRP Lists, variant configuration, super BOMs, phantom items
• Sound knowledge in DP, MRP, CRP, LTP, Variant configuration, MTS and MTO strategy, MRP area planning
• Configuration of Shop Floor activities including creation of orders, conversion of planned orders, order approval and release, Shop-floor paper printing, availability check, order confirmations and order information systems, etc.,
• Configured and Experienced in Auto goods movement posting, Error handling by using Barcode technology
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to existing processes using SAP PP advanced functionalities and provide technical support and training to users of SAP PP module
• Master Data - Bill of materials, Work centres/ Resources, Routings/ Recipe, Production versions.
• Production Order Execution - Order confirmation, Goods issue, Goods receipt and Back flushing.
• Strong documentation skills in writing Functional Specification, test scripts, create/maintain manuals and project documents.
• Knowledge/experience on PPDS and IPPE are preferred.
• Working experience with Third party tools and stakeholder management.

To succeed you must hold:

• At least 4-7 years of working experience as an SAP PP (process industry) consultant, preferably worked biotech, pharma, life science or other research and manufacturing business.
• Good to have 2-3 years of experience in Domain (production planning, manufacturing, operation, etc.,)
• Experience in deployment SAP PP module in both green fields
• Functional consulting experience including full lifecycle implementations and support projects.
• Certification in ECC or S4 Hana is an added advantage
• Experience with agile methodologies and events/ceremonies.

Experience with GxP compliant models is an added advantage
