Job Description: SAP PP/QM Consultant (8 to 10 Years Experience)
Location: Hyderabad (On-site)Position Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with strong functional expertise in S/4HANA Production Planning & Quality Management, specifically within the Pharma / Life Sciences domain.The ideal candidate must have 810 years of SAP experience, hands-on exposure to GxP, FDA compliance, batch management, quality processes, and at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation.This role requires strong process knowledge, deep understanding of pharma manufacturing operations, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsRequired Skills & Qualifications• 8–10 years of SAP PP/QM functional experience.• Mandatory: Experience working with Pharma / Life Sciences clients.• Mandatory: At least one S/4HANA end-to-end implementation in PP/QM.• Strong knowledge of Pharma manufacturing processes, including:o Batch Manufacturingo Quality control & assuranceo Validation & GMP complianceo Regulated environments (FDA, EMA, WHO)• Strong expertise in S/4HANA functionalities:o Business Partner concepto MRP Liveo Advanced ATP (basic understanding)o Fiori apps for PP/QMo Embedded analyticso Data model simplifications (MATDOC)o Batch Management and Batch Determinationo Serial number & Track-and-Trace processeso • Deep understanding of integration with:o MM for procurement & batch managemento EWM/WM for warehouse processeso SD for delivery quality checkso PM for equipment calibration• Implement S/4HANA QM innovations:o Fiori-based inspection appso Improved analytics using CDS viewso Enhanced integration with EWM and PP• Support Pharma-specific compliance (21 CFR Part 11, GxP, audit requirements).• Support validation and GMP compliance requirements for Pharma manufacturing.• Ability to write clear functional specs and work closely with ABAP teams.• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.• Preferred (Good to Have) Skills• Exposure to SAP ATTP (Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals).• Experience with Serialization & Compliance Reporting.• Experience in Recipe Management / SAP PP-PI.• Knowledge of SAP QM in procurement and vendor audit processes.• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.Education• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related fields.• SAP PP or QM certification preferred.
