Key Responsibilities

Production Planning (PP):

Configure and support SAP PP processes including Master Data (Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centers).
Manage MRP, capacity planning, production scheduling, and shop floor execution.
Handle production orders, process orders, and integrations with MM, SD, WM, and QM.
Analyze business requirements and provide optimized SAP solutions for PP.

Quality Management (QM):

Configure and manage QM processes such as Inspection Planning, Inspection Lots, Results Recording, Usage Decision, and Quality Notifications.
Support in-process, incoming, and final inspection setups.
Ensure seamless integration of QM with PP, MM, and other modules.
Work with quality teams to configure control charts, sampling procedures, and quality certificates .

Responsibilities:

Perform requirement analysis, prepare functional specifications, and support technical developments.
Lead unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure minimal downtime.
Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
Work on S/4HANA functionalities (MRP Live, Fiori apps, QM enhancements) where applicable.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP and SAP QM configuration.

• Excellent understanding of manufacturing, quality, and shop-floor processes.

• Knowledge of PP-PI (Process Industries) is a plus.

• Experience in handling integration with MM, SD, WM, and PM modules. • Ability to handle incident management, change requests, and enhancements.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
