Job Description

About The Role

Experience in S4 HANA Plant Maintenance Functional Consulting.

Contribute to the designing of plant maintenance processes and work with leadership to develop strategies, tactics, and technology enablers for plant maintenance and service management.

Implement all necessary components for SAP Plant Maintenance application.

Ability to build and maintain best practices.

Minimum of 1-2 completed end-to-end implementations.

Experience in Asset Management.

Customizing knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance processes such as Breakdown, Corrective and Preventive Maintenance, Investment Order Warranty Management, Refurbishment Process, Calibration Process, Predictive Maintenance, and MRO process.

Expertise in plant maintenance master data architecture, data migration, and data cutover activities.

Experience working on RICEFW objects with technical teams.

Excellent analytical and business communication skills to understand business requirements and pain areas.

Coordinate with business for As-Is/To-Be processes, configuration, unit testing, user acceptance tests, cutover, go-live, and post go-live activities.

Effectively communicate with business stakeholders and IT teams, including adoption of Agile methodology.

Ensure effective communication to all stakeholders (Business, PMO office, client partners, etc.) regarding scope, risks, and business impacts.

Hold regular project portfolio integration meetings and ensure all developments follow standards.
