SAP PLM Senior Analyst

As a SAP PLM Senior Analyst working in Operations Applications based in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in leading the implementation and providing project management expertise by collaborating and partnering with the business. Your responsibilities will include anticipating customer challenges, proposing solutions, contributing to the development of business process flows, functional specifications, and test cases. You will also collaborate with representatives from other IT/ functional areas to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency. You will be required to interface with vendors to assess whether their products meet business requirements, stay updated on industry trends and technologies, and make recommendations for the implementation of new systems and technologies. Building strong business relationships and integrating activities with other IT areas will be essential for the successful implementation of IT projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing requirements identification, fit gap analysis, and developing and/or approving team's functional specifications. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field, along with 5-7 years of experience supporting and/or implementing SAP PLM functionality for Process and/or Discrete Manufacturing businesses. Proficiency in configuring and implementing Recipe Development, Specification Management, and Document Management (DMS) within SAP is required. Basic understanding of SAP workflow capabilities and the ability to articulate different points-of-views on various technologies are essential skills for this position. Strong time management skills, flexibility, creativity, and experience in business process analysis and redesign are crucial for success in this role. You should possess skills in process mapping, business process redesign, and implementation, as well as developing functional specifications. Desirable skills for this role include experience in Recipe Development, Specification Management, SAP Engineering Change Management/Engineering Record, SAP Workflow design and definition (BRF+), SAP WWI report design and development, SAP SPRC Product & Reach Compliance, SAP EH&S Product Safety and/or Dangerous Goods Management, SAP ECTR, and Consumer Packaged Goods and GMP Regulatory experience.
