Job Title : SAP PM Consultant Location : Punjab, Madhya Pradesh (Completely work from office) Company : Trident Group Job Summary : Trident Group is seeking a skilled SAP PM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Plant Maintenance (PM) processes using SAP. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration and efficient maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities : SAP PM Implementation : Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP PM module to meet business requirements. Process Optimization : Analyze and optimize plant maintenance processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. User Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the SAP PM module. Integration Management : Ensure seamless integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules and external systems. Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data related to plant maintenance. Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP PM module, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Project Management : Manage and execute PM-related projects, from planning to go-live and post-implementation support. Reporting and Analysis : Develop and generate reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support decision-making. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an SAP PM Consultant, with a strong understanding of plant maintenance processes. Proficiency in SAP PM configuration and implementation. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI/CO) is a plus.
