SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant

Role: SAP Expert SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM)

Experience:

• 10+ years

  of overall SAP experience
• Minimum

  8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM

• Strong working knowledge of

  SAP S/4HANA and ECC

• Excellent analytical skills with

  manufacturing / automotive domain experience

• Exposure to

  multi-plant and global environments

  is preferred

• SAP PP (Production Planning)

• SAP MM (Materials Management)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead

  SAP PM implementations, enhancements, and support

  across automotive manufacturing plants
• Gather, analyze, and document

  business requirements

  for maintenance processes
• Configure SAP PM master and transactional data including:
  
• Equipment and Functional Locations
  
• Task Lists, BOMs, and Maintenance Plans
  
• Design and implement

  Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance strategies

• Manage the complete

  maintenance order lifecycle

  : planning, scheduling, execution, confirmation, and closure
• Integrate maintenance operations with production to

  minimize downtime and improve plant availability

• Support

  Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM)

  and predictive maintenance initiatives where applicable
• Collaborate closely with

  Maintenance, Production, and Quality teams

  to enhance asset reliability
• Develop and monitor

  maintenance KPIs and reports

  such as MTTR, MTBF, downtime, and maintenance cost
• Participate in

  system testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support

• Deliver

  end-user training

  , create documentation, and provide functional guidance
• Work with technical teams to design and support

  integrations with MES, SCADA, and reliability management systems

Good-to-Have:

• SAP PM Certification

• Experience working in

  global, multi-plant automotive environments
