Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of Relevant experience in SAP PM module implementation/Rollouts/Enhancements/support Project experience. Hands on Experience required in RICEFW .Expert in writing in Functional specifications and delivering the developments independently. Hands on Experience in Enhancements. Expertise in SAP EAM Business process. Strong understanding of plant maintenance business processes, including preventive and corrective maintenance. Experience in SAP PM master data management (Equipment, Work Centers, Maintenance Plans, Task Lists. Hands-on experience in SAP PM configuration and integration with other SAP modules. Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to Plant Maintenance is a plus. Experience in S/4 HANA EAM Version is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of ticket tools Remedy,Servicenow,Jira,etc.. Ability to conduct training workshops with the clients. Able to manage the teams.
