SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant (SAP PM)

As a seasoned SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) Consultant at Technozis, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP PM modules in client projects. Your role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to understand maintenance processes, designing solutions, integrating with other modules, supporting master data management, conducting testing and training, troubleshooting system issues, and participating in client workshops for effective project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Implement, configure, and support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules in client projects. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand maintenance processes and translate them into SAP PM configurations. - Design and develop solutions for Preventive, Corrective, and Breakdown Maintenance processes. - Integrate SAP PM with other modules like MM, PP, and QM for end-to-end business process alignment. - Support master data management - equipment, functional locations, task lists, and maintenance plans. - Conduct testing, user training, and documentation to ensure successful implementation. - Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support to ensure continuous plant operations. - Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and post-go-live support. - Work collaboratively within Agile or SAP Activate frameworks for effective project delivery. Qualifications Required: - Proven expertise as an SAP PM Consultant with 7+ years of relevant hands-on experience. - Strong knowledge of Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance processes. - Ability to configure notifications, work orders, maintenance plans, task lists, and measuring points. - Good understanding of integration points between SAP PM and other SAP modules. Good to Have Skills: - Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments. - Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for maintenance technicians and planners. - Experience with SAP Activate methodology or Agile delivery frameworks. - Exposure to mobile maintenance solutions or integration with IoT platforms. Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
