EY is seeking a Functional Advanced Analyst Consultant to join the Platform Solutions and Intelligence (PSI) team, responsible for developing, implementing, and integrating technology solutions to better serve clients and engagement teams. As a member of EY's core Tax practice, you will deepen your tax technical knowledge and enhance your skills in ERP, database management, data analytics, and programming. In a landscape of increasing regulations, tax departments face the challenge of collecting, organizing, and analyzing vast amounts of data. The PSI team collaborates with EY's Alliance partners, clients, and tax experts to develop innovative technology solutions that add value, improve efficiency, and provide clients with cutting-edge tools to support their tax needs. Key Responsibilities: - Design effective Finance and Tax solutions to enhance processes, compliance, efficiency, and decision-making. - Collaborate on solution implementation, configuration, development, testing, and project management activities. - Address complex business challenges at the intersection of finance, IT, and tax. - Support the implementation of solutions in technologies such as SAP, Microsoft, and others. - Contribute to the development of innovative services and client solutions. - Manage clients and teams across multiple locations. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's/master's degree in Accounting/Tax, Software Engineering, Information Technology, MBA, MCA, or equivalent. - 1-3+ years of experience in Technology Project Implementation. - Functional expertise in process design and documentation, preferably in finance functions. - Knowledge of Finance/Accounting and tax domains, or technical expertise in technologies like SAP and Microsoft. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. - Fluency in English and an additional EU language.
