SAP operator

You are a detail-oriented and skilled SAP Operator responsible for managing, maintaining, and operating SAP systems effectively. Your primary duties include executing day-to-day transactions, generating reports, troubleshooting basic SAP issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of business processes within the SAP environment. Operating and managing SAP modules in alignment with business requirements is a key responsibility. You will be tasked with entering, updating, and validating data in SAP accurately and in a timely manner. Additionally, you will generate and analyze reports from SAP to support business operations, monitor system performance, and escalate issues to the IT/SAP support team when necessary. Maintaining data confidentiality and ensuring compliance with company policies are vital aspects of your role. Collaboration with different departments for SAP-related queries and tasks, supporting end-users with basic SAP troubleshooting, and guiding them on process execution are also part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will assist in SAP upgrades, patches, and system enhancements as needed. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of experience working with SAP ERP systems is preferred, and basic knowledge of relevant SAP modules is required.
