SAP MM/PP Process Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP adoption initiatives for Digital Transformation in the customer's journey for your specific track and demonstrate business value.
• Lead large strategic SAP transformation deals with global scope, taking end-to-end responsibility for SAP solutioning across multiple geographies.
• Drive solution strategy by working with account teams, sales, and partners to shape deals aligned with competitive scenarios and client priorities.
• Defend developed solutions and offerings internally at the BU/MU/SBU level.
• Plan, lead, and present solutions in client meetings, orals, and workshops.
• Interact with customers to understand their requirements and propose solutions and methodologies.
• Drive innovation and transformation agendas in large existing accounts, ensuring delivery and solution assurance.
• Provide expert support to various projects and delivery engagements.
• Drive performance evaluation, feedback, and correction processes in collaboration with delivery managers.
• Guide, develop, and mentor a team of architects/SMEs and continuously enhance solutioning capability, improvement, industrialization, reusability, and automation.

Primary Skills:

• 15-20 years of SAP solution and delivery experience with a functional background in Planning & Production execution.
• Excellent knowledge of S/4HANA Production Planning & Quality Management (MTS, MTO scenarios, BOM, PP-PI, MRP, Operations, Execution, Sub-contracting, Master Recipe, Production execution, and Shop floor configurations).
• Experience in designing and implementing IBP Demand, S&OP, R&S, and Inventory with CI-DS and RTI.
• Global implementation experience (Template Design/build, Global roll-out).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies for design and build.
• Expert understanding of Greenfield/Brownfield processes (System Conversion), Architecture, Configuration, management, and day-to-day operation of SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience integrating SAP ERP solutions with SAP & Non-SAP solutions in respective process areas.
• Industry knowledge in Manufacturing, Auto, Retail, CPG, Lifesciences, or Oil & Gas is a plus.

Secondary Skills:

• Ability to articulate business value in terms of solution/technology propositions.
• Strong understanding of the competitive landscape in SAP and the enterprise space.
• SAP S/4HANA Certifications in core areas are preferred.
• Experience in multi-cultural, multi-location global delivery setups.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong capabilities in people management and stakeholder management.
• Experience in representing the practice/organization in industry events/forums.
