SAP MM | WM Consultant

You will be responsible for configuring and customizing SAP MM and WM modules based on business requirements, managing and supporting existing SAP MM/WM environments, and working on subcontracting and consignment processes. You will configure and support various functionalities within MM, such as master data, procurement process, release procedures, inventory management, valuation and account determination, pricing procedures, invoice verification, batch management, and serial number management. Additionally, you will map end-to-end warehouse business processes into SAP WM, configure and support various SAP WM components, understand SAP MRP logic, planning strategies, lot-sizing procedures, and procurement types. Conducting MRP planning runs, analyzing results, configuring MRP parameters, procurement types, and inventory controls, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating functional specifications, test scripts, and training documentation, troubleshooting and resolving production issues, and providing end-user training and support are also part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM and WM modules within SAP ECC 6.0, strong knowledge and experience in MM and WM configuration, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), forecasting tools and configuration, and process optimization. An excellent understanding of business processes in procurement and warehouse management, in-depth knowledge in Master Data Management, Inventory Management, Material Movements, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and stakeholder management abilities are required. Experience or exposure to SAP PP (Production Planning) and integration points between MM, PP, SD, and FI are preferred qualifications.,
