Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support for SAP MM users including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Analyse business requirements and implement SAP MM configuration changes as needed.
Maintain material master data and ensure data consistency across the system.
Support procurement processes including PR/PO cycles, goods receipt, inventory management, and invoice verification.
Work closely with the procurement, stores, finance, and production teams to align business processes with SAP.
Handle SAP MM integration with other modules like SD, PP, and FI.
Coordinate with external SAP support teams or vendors as needed.
Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user manuals.
Participate in SAP upgrades, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and rollouts.
Train and guide key users and end users.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

SAP MM Certified Preferred

Preferred candidate profile:

Working in SAP S4 Hana Environment is must. Preferably SAP MM (Material Management)

2. Candidate should be from consumer durable domain.

3. Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM module (Procurement, Inventory Management, Master Data).

4. Good understanding of P2P cycle, subcontracting, consignment process, and release strategies.

5. Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

6. Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging.

7. Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.

8. Excellent communication, documentation, and user training skills.
