KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work on leading customer-facing project implementations with a focus on SAP S4HANA Sourcing and procurement and/or SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) solution portfolio.
• Expertise in SAP sourcing and procurement with at least 1 full-lifecycle implementation projects with active participation in exploration, realization, run, and deploy.
• Conduct customer workshops (Fit to standard) to understand business process requirements and identify the gaps.
• Advise customers on industry best practices in expertise.
• Configure the requirements in respective solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and support development teams.
• Conduct testing, training, and support for master data migration.
• Provide remote/onsite SAP consulting services to key SAP customers on innovation products, mainly SAP S4HANA MM (Materials Management) and/or SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
• Be actively involved in the preparation, design, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
• Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
• Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address customer issues.
• Execution of innovation portfolio serving as primary contact from Customer Success service areas to deploy and implement solutions.
• Proceed with IMG configuration, and design/execute implementation packages (e.g. RDSs, Best practices implementation guides).
• Be able to evaluate affected processes and scenarios. Ensure proper validation of solution implemented by grating minimum test case scenarios execution.
• Get involved with customer scenarios, be able to understand business needs, and discuss best approaches to help them.'
