RESOURCE REQUIREMENT: SAP MDM Specialist
Location: RemoteDuration: 3 to 6 Months (Contract)Shift Timings: 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM ISTJob Summary:Were hiring an experienced SAP MDM Specialist to support master data governance initiatives, ensure high data quality, and contribute to SAP S/4HANA data projects. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity and lifecycle of business-critical master data.Key Responsibilities:Create, update, and maintain SAP master data (e.g., vendor, customer, material, product)Monitor data consistency, accuracy, and resolve issues such as duplicates or missing fieldsDefine and enforce data governance standards and proceduresCollaborate with business units (Finance, Sales, Procurement) to meet data needsConfigure and maintain SAP MDM/MDG functionality and workflowsConduct data validation, error prevention, and support system enhancementsManage data migration activities during upgrades or implementationDefine interfaces to integrate SAP with external systems and toolsCreate reports and dashboards for data quality KPIs and compliance monitoringContribute to audit preparation and ensure regulatory data complianceIdentify and lead process automation and optimization initiativesProvide training and documentation to business and technical stakeholders

Qualifications Required:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP MDM/MDGProficiency in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environmentsFamiliarity with tools like LSMW, SAP Data Services, ETL, SQL, ExcelUnderstanding of key SAP modules (MM, SD, FI) and their master data relationshipsBachelors in IT, Data Management, or related fieldPreferred Qualifications:SAP Certification in MDM or MDGExperience with Informatica, BODS, or other migration toolsDomain knowledge in manufacturing, finance, pharma, or beverage industriesExposure to data lifecycle management and retention policiesSoft Skills:High attention to detail and data accuracyStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and proactivelySolution-driven mindset with continuous improvement attitudeWere hiring for a Remote SAP MDM Specialist on a 6-month contract.Must have 5+ yrs of experience in SAP MDM/MDG & data migration.If youre available or know someone who fits, please connect or DM.
