Job Description

Lead Solution Architect - SAP S/4 HANA Asset Management

Seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) solutions. This role involves working in Agile teams to support and optimize asset management systems through configuration, automation, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and align solutions with asset management strategy.
  • Define scalable and integrated architecture across systems.
  • Provide technical expertise in SAP EAM, including configuration and integration with other modules and third-party systems.
  • Mentor junior team members and support solution deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Stay current with SAP advancements and promote best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years in SAP, with 5-7 years in S/4 HANA and SAP EAM/PM.
  • Strong experience in large-scale SAP implementations and system integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry experience in manufacturing or oil & gas.
  • SAP certifications and TOGAF certification are a plus.
