Manage and prioritize multiple support inquiries to ensure timely and efficient resolution. Stay updated on the latest SAP products, services, and industry trends to provide informed support. If required perform weekend support and 24x7 support activities as needed Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Technology, Engineering, or Computer Applications (B.Tech/B.E/MCA). Demonstrated experience in ABAP and Fiori development and support. Excellent problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting capabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
