Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced professional who can work on SAP Incentive Management (formerly CallidusCloud) with strong knowledge in Data Integration (DI) and Reporting. You will help build and manage solutions that support incentive programs like commissions, bonuses, and sales performance tracking. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and support data integration (DI) processes for SAP Incentive Management. Build and manage reports and dashboards to track commissions, incentives, and sales metrics. Work with business teams to understand requirements for incentive programs and reporting needs. Ensure accurate and timely data flow between SAP Incentive Management and other systems (e.g., CRM, ERP). Create and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and validations. Handle data mapping, cleansing, and loading activities. Troubleshoot and fix issues related to data processing and reporting. Ensure compliance with business rules, data security, and audit requirements. Provide documentation, training, and support to business users. Required Skills and Experience: 510 years of experience with SAP Incentive Management / CallidusCloud. Strong experience with Data Integration (DI) tools, including building jobs and managing ETL processes. Good knowledge of reporting and analytics, preferably within SAP or related BI tools. Solid understanding of incentive and compensation management processes. Familiarity with sales and finance data models. Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, IT). Good communication and documentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
