Job Description

As an SAP Identity Management (IDM) Administrator at Capgemini, your role involves administering and managing SAP IDM environments. This includes installation, configuration, development, and customization across SAP and non-SAP systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, AWS, and SAP GRC. Your responsibilities will also entail performing full-cycle IDM operations, setting up Virtual Directory Server, Runtime and DesignTime components, implementing custom scenarios like Password Self Services and JML workflows, and integrating SAP IDM with various systems. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and manage SAP IDM environments - Perform full-cycle IDM operations - Implement and configure custom scenarios - Integrate SAP IDM with various systems - Develop custom reports using SQL and JavaScript - Troubleshoot provisioning frameworks and web services Qualifications Required: - 6 to 9 years of experience in SAP IDM and SAP GRC - Strong expertise in SAP IDM architecture and system integration - Hands-on experience with SAP HR, SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, and other SAP modules - Proficiency in Active Directory, Exchange, and AWS integration with IDM - Experience in SQL scripting, JavaScript, and report development - Familiarity with SAP AS Java, Eclipse plugin configurations, and Crystal Reports - Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills - SAP IDM or SAP GRC certification is a plus At Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to work on enterprise-grade SAP IDM implementations across diverse modules and platforms.
