About The Opportunity

A high-growth player in enterprise digital transformation and supply?chain planning services, operating across manufacturing, FMCG, retail, and life?sciences sectors. We deliver end?to?end SAP IBP solutions that enable integrated planning, demand?driven supply chains and measurable business outcomes for global customers. This role is fully remote (India) and targets experienced IBP consultants who can lead configuration, integration and S&OP enablement in agile delivery environments.Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end?to?end SAP IBP implementations for Demand, Supply, Inventory and S&OP: from blueprinting and design to configuration, testing and go?live support.
• Translate business requirements into IBP planning modelsdefine key figures, planning levels, heuristics, statistical forecasting and allocation logic.
• Design and implement data integration between IBP and ERP (S/4HANA/ECC) using IDoc/PI/CPI, CSV, SDI or APIs; validate master and transactional loads.
• Develop Excel Add?In templates, dashboards and scenario planning workstreams; run what?if analyses and recommend optimization levers to stakeholders.
• Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting and validation of planning areas; author test cases, lead UAT and create operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with cross?functional teams (supply chain, IT, BI) and mentor junior consultants; contribute to functional design documents and change management activities.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must?Have

• 3+ years of hands?on SAP IBP delivery experience across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization or S&OP modules.
• Proven experience configuring planning areas, key figures, planning levels, filters, and statistical forecasting in SAP IBP.
• Strong integration knowledge with SAP ERP (S/4HANA or ECC) using CPI/PI/IDoc, CSV/SDI; ability to map master & transactional data flows.
• Excellent Excel Add?In and IBP UI skills; comfortable building dashboards, scenario planners and conducting what?if analysis.
• Experience in project delivery lifecycle (design, configuration, testing, UAT, hypercare) and working in Agile teams.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management, requirements gathering and end?user training.
  

Preferred

• Experience with IBP for Response & Supply, IBP Inventory Optimization, and IBP S&OE/S&OP processes.
• Knowledge of demand sensing, statistical forecasting methods and integration with advanced analytics/ML workflows.
• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology, solution manager/ALM tools and performance tuning of large planning areas.
