Role & responsibilities Lead or participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP IBP modules. Gather business requirements and design IBP solutions to meet those needs. Configure and maintain SAP IBP applications (e.g., Demand, Supply, Control Tower). Integrate SAP IBP with S/4HANA or ECC and other external systems using CPI-DS or SDI. Develop and conduct workshops, training sessions, and documentation for business users. Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and performance tuning of SAP IBP. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, IT, and external partners. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP modules. Experience with one or more of the following: Demand Planning (DP), Supply Planning (SP), Inventory Optimization (IO), Response & Supply, Control Tower. Knowledge of SAP APO, S/4HANA, and SAP CPI-DS or SDI is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. SAP IBP certification is preferred.
