Position Overview:

We are looking for an SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Trainer with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM processes and configurations. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging and informative sessions — both online and offline — as part of our SAP HCM training program.
This is a freelance position that offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to contribute to developing future SAP professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver SAP HCM training sessions for individuals and groups, ensuring learners gain practical skills and strong conceptual understanding of SAP Human Capital Management solutions.
• Conduct morning batch classes (3 per weekday ).
• Customize training content to meet different learning levels and objectives.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support skill development.
• Maintain an engaging, interactive, and supportive learning environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, etc.).
• Strong understanding of business processes related to SAP HCM.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Prior experience in training or mentoring SAP learners (preferred).
• Ability to effectively manage both online and offline sessions.
