Job Description

Must Have: Minimum Requirements: 8+ years of SAP HCM & testing Experience. Hands-on experience: Leading a team SAP HR/HCM & testing Experience. ECC to S4 Conversion & testing. SAP HR Hana HCM process flows Analyze quality of test data and Create/Modify test data as per the test scenario. Validate custom enhancements and reports. Conduct performance testing Validate data migration and interface functionality. Testing inbound and outbound interfaces to/from SAP. Verify the accuracy of master data and transactional data. Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Validate data migration and interface functionality. Validate data accuracy and consistency in HR reports. Automated testing. Design/development of automated test cases. Functionality of SOLMAN. Test documentation maintenance in SOLMAN. Client facing experience. Manage Self learning and contribute to functional knowledge building. Work in a team environment with strong collaboration skills Strong demonstrated ability to work directly with technical leads and other Teams. Self-starter, and can work independently with the available relevant information, alternatives, knowledge of regulations, etc. strong technical analytical skill. Good communication skills and good team player Willing to work in US shifts. QA Audits participation both internal and external. A Day in the Life: Analyze HCM business requirements and create test strategies. Ensure integration of SAP FI with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and HR. Develop detailed test cases and scripts for HR processes. Execute functional, integration, and regression tests. Validate personnel administration, organizational management, payroll, and time management. Identify, log, and track defects using test management tools. Work with HCM consultants to resolve issues. Validate data accuracy and consistency in HR reports. Conduct testing for employee lifecycle management. Document test results and prepare summary reports. Automate test cases where possible. Validate custom enhancements and workflows. Participate in test planning and review meetings. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Note: Immediate to Max 15 Days
