Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant in the IT Consulting team at EY, you will have the opportunity to work on various cloud implementation projects for customers globally. Your role will involve serving as a team leader in technical aspects, communicating with onsite coordinators, monitoring project deliverables, mentoring project teams, and engaging with customer representatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a quality culture, managing performance, fostering teamwork, and participating in organization-wide people initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a team leader (technical leader) in various technical streams of cloud implementation projects - Interface and communicate effectively with onsite coordinators - Plan and monitor project deliverables, providing regular status reports - Mentor project team members in project execution - Engage with customer representatives as necessary - Travel to customer locations when required - Manage performance and foster teamwork for direct reportees - Train and mentor project resources - Participate in organization-wide people initiatives Qualifications Required: - Experience of 3-7 years in IT consulting - Working knowledge in AS-ABAP on HANA, HANA Data Modelling Concepts, and Custom code push down techniques - Practical Knowledge of ABAP development toolkit, ADT - Project experience in CDS and AMDP - Proficiency in Module pool programming, adobe form, and smart form - Strong ABAP Programming skills with experience in RICEFW development - Knowledge of User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs, and new enhancement framework - Experience with SAP data migration tools and SAP GATEWAY - Good to have skills in SAP HANA/ABAP, odata, and backend fiori - Real-time knowledge and experience in implementation and migration projects - BE/B.Tech/MCA with 3-7 years of industry experience Additional Company Details: EY is committed to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while building trust in the capital markets.
