SAP GRC Security with BW Hana

You will be working as a Senior SAP GRC Security expert with BW Hana, focusing on governance risk and compliance, system automation, and security alignment with organizational policies and regulatory frameworks. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, configuring, and customizing SAP GRC solutions to meet compliance, risk management, and access control requirements - Leading or supporting end-to-end implementation/configuration of SAP GRC module Access Control and day-to-day maintenance - Translating security requirements into technical design specifications and system configurations - Integrating SAP GRC with SAP and non-SAP systems such as ECC, S4HANA, HR, and Fiori - Supporting system upgrades, migrations, and deployment of new GRC functionalities - Configuring SAP GRC Access Control components including Access Risk Analysis, Emergency Access Management, Access Request Management, and Business Role Management - Collaborating with Developers to enhance custom ABAP code, user exits, BADIs, and enhancement spots related to GRC modules or security requirements - Creating custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using SAP tools like SAP Query and Fiori - Designing and implementing automation scripts for user provisioning, role assignment, and audit reporting - Providing L2-L3 support for GRC-related incidents and enhancements - Conducting periodic system health checks, performance monitoring, and log analysis - Developing and maintaining process documentation, test scripts, and configuration guides Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field - SAP certification in GRC Access Control or SAP Security preferred - 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control 12x version - Strong experience with SPRO, BRF, MSMP workflow, and connector configuration - Background in SAP Security role design, authorization concepts, SU24, SU53 - Experience integrating GRC with S4HANA, ECC, Fiori, CUA, and HR systems - Proven participation in at least one full-cycle GRC implementation project Mandatory Skills: SAP GRC AC-PC (Note: Any additional details of the company were not mentioned in the provided job description),
