SAP Functional Lead (MM/SD/FICO)_MCD_Bengaluru

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced SAP Lead with expertise in MM, SD, and FICO modules to lead development and support activities for US customers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a global delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP Development and Support: Lead SAP development and support activities for MM, SD, and FICO modules, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely project execution.
2. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP MM, SD, and FICO modules, including configuration, customization, and integration. 3. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of SAP developers and consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure team members meet project goals and deadlines. 4. Communication: Communicate effectively with US customers, understanding their requirements, and providing solutions that meet their needs. 5. Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

1. SAP Experience: 12+ years of experience in SAP development and support, with expertise in MM, SD, and FICO modules.
2. Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in SAP ABAP, SAP UI5, and SAP Fiori. 3. Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading teams and mentoring junior team members. 4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with US customers. 5. Global Delivery Model: Experience working in a global delivery model, with the ability to collaborate with teams across different time zones.

Nice to Have:

1. SAP Certification: SAP certification in MM, SD, and FICO modules is desirable.
2. Agile Methodologies: Experience working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. 3. Cloud Experience: Experience working with cloud-based SAP solutions, such as SAP Cloud Platform.
