Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of SAP FSM, including proven experience in implementation, configuration, and support for customers. Your primary responsibilities will include providing end-to-end solutions, managing project lifecycles, and collaborating with business stakeholders to enhance field service operations using SAP FSM. You will be tasked with leading the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Field Service Management solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements. Managing the full project lifecycle of SAP FSM implementations will be crucial, which includes requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-implementation support. Collaboration with business stakeholders to define scope and requirements for field service management processes is essential. Your expertise will be required to provide guidance on best practices and methodologies related to SAP FSM. You will configure and customize the SAP FSM system to meet customer-specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA and SAP C/4HANA. Data migration activities will be part of your responsibilities to ensure a smooth and accurate transfer of data into the FSM system. In addition, you will conduct system testing, work closely with quality assurance teams, lead user training sessions, and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to SAP FSM and integrated SAP modules. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for integrated solutions and staying updated on the latest SAP FSM releases, functionalities, and trends will be necessary for continuous improvements. Your role will also involve providing post-go-live support, monitoring system performance, participating in client workshops and presentations, and helping clients understand how SAP FSM can streamline their field service operations. Key Skills & Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in SAP Field Service Management consulting with a focus on implementation, configuration, and support. - In-depth knowledge of SAP FSM module and integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP Service Cloud, and SAP C/4HANA. - Strong experience in Field Service processes and end-to-end project lifecycles. - Understanding of SAP ERP and SAP Cloud solutions with integration and data migration experience. - Excellent communication skills for interactions with business stakeholders and technical teams. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management best practices. - Experience in mentoring junior consultants and project teams. - Ability to propose SAP FSM solutions to optimize operations and enhance user experience. - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). - SAP FSM certification is a plus.,
